HotMax is made in the UK from softwood fines (sawdust and bark) extracted whilst making dust-free horse bedding. The wood used is all from sustainably managed British forestry.
 
Two or three briquettes will burn for around an hour depending on airflow. Will expand slightly, so place them carefully in the fire so they don’t expand onto the glass window or hearth.
